Today, 24.06.2026, by Order No. Z-50-0626/24.06.2026 of the Chairperson of the Management Board of Via Pontica Foundation, a procedure for the selection of a contractor through a public invitation has been opened with the following subject:
“Development and testing of a pilot integrated system for multitrophic aquaculture” for the purposes of the project “Using the Power of Algae to Reduce Pollution and Promote Blue Growth” – AlgaeRevive, ID number: BSB00091 and Financing Agreement No. MDLPA 180636/02.09.2024, funded under the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin 2021-2027 Programme, co-financed by the European Union.
The subject of the procedure includes the development and testing of a pilot integrated system for multitrophic aquaculture within Activity 1.3 “Pilot Activities” of the project. The service covers the following interconnected activities:
- Development of conceptual models of the pilot system;
- Construction and testing of the pilot system under real conditions;
- Preparation of a scientific publication with the results of the pilot testing.
The estimated value of the procedure is EUR 20,833.33 excluding VAT, respectively EUR 25,000.00 including VAT.
The criterion for selecting the contractor is “lowest price”.
The deadline for receipt of offers is 17:00 on 10.07.2026.
The offers will be opened on 13.07.2026 at 11:00.
